Tim O’Brien was born, raised and attended high school in Houghton, Michigan. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College in 1976 and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University in 1979. He was admitted to the Bar in 1979 and is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska. Mr. O’Brien devoted his practice to the areas of Automobile/Trucking Collisions, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Product Liability. He is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and The America Association for Justice.
