David M. O’Neill joined Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in 2007. Mr. O’Neill, a lifelong resident of Nebraska, was born in Omaha and attended Omaha North High School. In 1998, he graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University in 2005. After graduation, Mr. O’Neill served as an attorney in the Office of the Federal Public Defender before joining Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop. He is a member of both the Omaha and Nebraska Bar Associations. At Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, he handles plaintiff cases in Personal Injury, Product Liability, Civil Litigation and Workers’ Compensation.
